Appointment Set-up Process
Please coordinate with me directly by phone or email.
Clients are seen on time and for the period scheduled. This schedule can be modified as needs change.
My priority is you. You can feel confident that I will not be called away out of our meeting or distracted by taking phone calls.
My office policy:
I do not double-book.
Your appointment time begins at the time agreed upon.
As a rare exception, you may have to wait for 10-15 minutes.
If you are late, I can only see you for a full session if the schedule permits.

The process can be likened to home renovation – it depends on the extent and degree of what is required. What suits one situation may or may not be appropriate in another instance. You have my promise to exercise my skill in the most timely manner possible.
