Happy new year, friends, clients, loved ones. I’m really looking forward to 2014. I feel satisfied, happy about many things. In December, I lost my mother-in-law. The photo above was taken decades ago, before she moved into her condo and still lived in her house which was lovely but had a huge garden, four bedrooms, and much to clean and keep up. She was a proud woman, appearances mattered a lot to her, and by the time she became old (88), had lost much of her hearing, much of her cognition, and cancer established itself in her body, she was till feisty and ready at all times, right until a week before she died, to maintain her own standards of what she considered to be the right way of doing things. I learned a lot from her and loved her very much. I was honoured to be integrally involved in her dying process along with other members of her close family. It gave me another opportunity to “walk the walk”. The experience has enriched my life. “It’s life, and life only”. What is that song?
If you would like to see me, once, twice, or how ever many sessions you would like or can afford, please give me a call. I am now in my 27th year of psychotherapy practice. I promise you tailor made service…just for you.
